Local & Museum Resources

To help with your personal research, the Draper Library at our museum includes a large selection of printed resources. The library includes diaries, family histories, city directories, atlases, and local history compilations. We also have an extensive collection of the Alexandria and Alexandria-Monroe High School year books. (Extra copies of select yearbooks are available for $10/book if you need a specific year.)

You can also check out the Alexandria-Monroe Twp Historical Society YouTube channel to view videos on local history as shared by former and current residents and more!

Our school room also includes a wide variety of elementary school scrapbooks, pictures, and Junior High School yearbooks. These resources can help you in your genealogical search.
